All fine, but dustiness

The location near Taipei Main Station made getting around super easy. The room had a cozy setup with a comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. I appreciated the free water and snacks available, a nice touch that felt welcoming. However, the self-service check-in was confusing at first, especially crossing the street and dealing with the machine. Unfortunately, I found the room a bit noisy due to thin walls, which made it hard to get restful sleep some nights. Overall, the cleanliness could be improved. I noticed a few dusty areas on surfaces during my stay. Yet, the shower had great water pressure, enhancing my morning routine.

The hotel's proximity to NTU and Ximen stations is a huge plus for easy commuting. Opt for the self-service check-in, it's efficient once you get the hang of it.

Spent 4 nights in a Comfort Triple Room. The shower was excellent, and the emergency lights after a power outage helped me feel secure. Recommend reviewing all announcements near the elevator for important updates. Don't forget to grab breakfast before 8 AM if you have early plans!
