Rooms clean with modern design. Great cafe on first floor for snacks and coffee.
Self check-in process complicated and can confuse newcomers. Walls thin, leading to noise from neighboring rooms. Air conditioning poor in circulation. some dusty areas in the room. Hard bed and thin pillows—budget accommodation shows.

The location near Taipei Main Station made getting around super easy. The room had a cozy setup with a comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. I appreciated the free water and snacks available, a nice touch that felt welcoming. However, the self-service check-in was confusing at first, especially crossing the street and dealing with the machine. Unfortunately, I found the room a bit noisy due to thin walls, which made it hard to get restful sleep some nights. Overall, the cleanliness could be improved. I noticed a few dusty areas on surfaces during my stay. Yet, the shower had great water pressure, enhancing my morning routine.

The hotel's proximity to NTU and Ximen stations is a huge plus for easy commuting. Opt for the self-service check-in, it's efficient once you get the hang of it.

The hotel has a fantastic location just a short walk from Taipei Main Station and the vibrant Ximending Market. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable bed and ample outlets for charging devices. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options, enhancing the overall value of my stay. Additionally, the friendly housekeeping staff ensured my room was well-maintained throughout my visit.
The sound insulation between rooms was inadequate.

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming
The location is exceptional, surrounded by cafes, a quick stroll to parks and museums, and steps away from public transport. The room amenities were on point with daily replenishments of snacks and bathroom supplies.
The self-check-in process was baffling, switching between buildings for reception and machine. I felt stuck, especially with language barriers during check-in, which could have been more straightforward.

The self-service check-in is functional if you get used to it.
The check-in process is a nightmare. Having to go across the street to find the reception and then deal with a complicated self-checkout machine was incredibly annoying. I felt stranded as I struggled with the technology and missed the personal touch of a receptionist to help. Furthermore, there were no extra key cards available, which made coordinating with my travel companion a hassle.

Group travelers must check it out
This place has a great spot, walking distance to street food and local banks, and the staff even called the day we checked in to remind us about our arrival, very personal touch. The snacks and drinks are a cool perk, plus, the breakfast menu changes every day, so it's not just the same old thing!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still pretty reasonable considering the location.

Comfortable Stay with Quirky Check-in
Spent 4 nights in a Comfort Triple Room. The shower was excellent, and the emergency lights after a power outage helped me feel secure. Recommend reviewing all announcements near the elevator for important updates. Don't forget to grab breakfast before 8 AM if you have early plans!

The location is conveniently close to public transport and local attractions, making travel quite easy. The view overlooking the market street was delightful, adding charm to the small but cozy room, which is fully equipped with amenities like a superb shower and comfortable bed. However, navigating the area can be a bit challenging, particularly if you're unfamiliar with the nearest MRT exits. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were limited, especially if arriving later in the morning.
